As a painter, my goal is to share my observations and responses to figurative images. Faces, musicians, athletes and military figures have been concentrations. I work in a variety of media; dense charcoal drawing, printmaking(primarily monotypes),oil and mixed media. Since 1989 I have had a studio in the Continental Gin Building in the Deep Ellum area of Dallas. Prior to that I worked in a studio in my home.
